ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS REAL ESTATE SERVICES CITY OF BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA The City of Bridgeport, Harrison County, West Virginia, is seeking proposals from firms licensed as auctioneers in the State of West Virginia to auction real property owned by The City of Bridgeport within the incorporated limits of Bridgeport West Virginia. Proposals will be received by the City of Bridgeport at 515 W. Main Street, Bridgeport WV, 26330 until 2:00 p.m., EST on March 13th, 2026. The final Notice of Award of Contract shall be given to the successful firm within thirty (30) days following the opening of proposals. Firms should carefully examine the project specifications and other documents and fully inform themselves as to all conditions and matters which can in any way affect the work or the cost thereof. The City of Bridgeport reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
