Va,” which said plat is of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Harrison County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 161, at pages 168 and 169. Parcel No. 2: All that certain lot or parcel of land situate on the waters of Limestone Creek, on the north side of old U.S. Route No. 50 formerly the Northwestern Virginia Turnpike, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake, said stake being the northeastern corner of Farland Street and the Northwestern Turnpike, and thence with said Farland Street, N. 1º W. 165 feet to a stake; thence leaving said Street, N. 89º E. 44 feet to a stake, corner of Lot No. 2 and with same S. 1º E. 165 feet to a stake in the northern edge of the Northwestern Turnpike, said stake being 25 feet from the center line thereof, and running thence with said Turnpike S. 89º W. 44 feet to the beginning. I.D.#: Map 1126 Parcel 1 & Map 1126 Parcel 77 At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have an address of: Rt 6 Box 397, Clarksburg, WV 26301. The referenced real estate will be conveyed with no covenants of warranty, and subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, rights of way and reservations which may be a matter of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office or visible upon the ground, all prior liens and encumbrances, including, without limitation, liens for real estate taxes, incinerator, sanitary and sewer charges. The purchasers at the sale shall be responsible for paying the recording costs and also the tax on the privilege of transferring real property (the cost of the tax stamp to be affixed to the deed).
