REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
MONONGALIA COUNTY URBAN MASS TRANSIT AUTHORITY
UNIFORM SERVICES
The Mountain Line Transit Authority (the Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide employee uniform, uniform laundry services, uniform repair and refitting services beginning July 1, 2026.
Copies of the complete RFP are available upon request by calling (304) 296-3680. The RFP is also available on the internet at https://www.busride.org/procurement or by writing: Loring Danielson, Finance Officer at 420 DuPont Rd, Westover, WV 26501-2309 and asking for a copy of the Uniform RFP.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. Proposals will be accepted until 2 p.m. local time on April 3, 2026 at the address listed above.
Bids should be sealed and clearly marked Uniform Proposal. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding on such basis as the Authority deems to be in its best interest.
All bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller Generals List of ineligible bidders. The successful bidder is required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Small business, minority owned business and women owned businesses and DBEs are encouraged to apply.
