It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that GARY ALLEN HAYHURST, JR. has been unable to be located by MARIA YVONNE HAYHURST and that he/she has used due diligence to determine the address; Therefore, GARY ALLEN HAYHURST, JR. shall serve upon MARIA YVONNE HAYHURST, 46 BARBOUR ROAD, MORGANTOWN, WV 26508, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he/she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 2, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
