The Marion County Commission will hold a public hearing on April 22nd, 2026, at 10:30AM at the Marion County Commission Chambers, 200 Jackson Street, Room 403, Fairmont, WV 26554, to consider Ordinance 2026-01, an enhanced emergency telephone system rate increase which will raise the fee from $3.34 to $4.38 per month beginning July 1, 2026.
