ATTENTION CHEMICAL SUPPLIERS REQUEST FOR BIDS March 9, 2026 RFB No. 2027-01 Water Treatment Unit Price Chemical Bids Notice is hereby given that the Clarksburg Water Board, a West Virginia municipal corporation (CWB) is soliciting bids from qualified water treatment chemical suppliers for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The following chemicals will be included in this year’s bid: POLYALUMINUM HYDROXYCHLOROSULFATE (DEL-PAC 2500) CHLORINE HYDROFLUOSILICIC ACID POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE ACTIVATED CARBON 50% CAUSTIC SODA (NA OH) LIQUID CATIONIC POLYACRYLAMIDE SULFUR DIOXIDE 36% PHOSPHORIC ACID (H3PO4) All pricing must include delivery/freight fee (free on board) and applicable fees associated with the product delivery. The delivery address to the Water Treatment Plant is 1001 South Chestnut Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301. Interested bidders must sign and return one (1) copy of the original bid no later than 10:00 A.M. (ET) on Thursday, April 16, 2026 (Bid Opening Deadline). All submitted bids shall become public record upon their delivery to the CWB. No electronic bids will be accepted. Any bids received after the Bid Opening Deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Bids must be mailed or hand-delivered.
