HARDMAN The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the child, L.M.H. born on January 19, 2009, to Tiffany J. Wright. The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant child. It is ORDERED that Jamie G.
