Tuesday, April 21st , 2026
And at that time and place
will be publicly opened
and read aloud. If you plan

a complete interior
remodel (exterior doors
included) of the Town
Officials’ Office (Former
American Legion)
building, located at 14
Beech Street, Hundred,
WV 26575. Remodel will
consist of offices,
conference room, ADA
restrooms, utility room,
storage room & holding
cells. New flooring, wall
finishes, drop ceilings,
plumbing, electric, hot
water heater and HVAC as well as, new sidewalks
& precast interlocking
concrete (bin block)
retaining wall on the north
side of existing building.

Each Bid must be
accompanied by either a
bid bond in an amount of
5% of the Bid amount or
by certified check or
cashier’s check in the
amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount.
The successful bidder will
be required to provide a
performance and payment
bond for 100% of the
contract price.
The Owner reserves the
right to waive irregularities
and to reject any and all
bids. If bids are 10% over
the estimated project cost,
the Owner will have the
option to be rebid the
project.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be
held at the existing
building location,
14 Beech Street, Hundred,
WV 26575 on Tuesday, April 7th , 2026, at 1:00
PM.
