The annual meeting of the members of the Carolina Improvement Association will be held Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am. The meeting will be held
at the Carolina United Methodist Church Social Room, Main and 3rd Street in Carolina, West Virginia, Marion County, for the following purposes:
Roll call
Proof of meeting notice
Determine if a quorum is established
Read minutes of preceding meeting
Financial Report
Report of Directors
Act upon business that properly comes before the meeting
Thirty-six (36) members in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum. A quorum is necessary to conduct business.
