Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of May, 2026 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, Mahalia Morris will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner's name from Mahalia Morris to Mahalia McClung, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
