PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an action has been filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County entitled Alexander Coogan, Administrator of the Estate of James Murrin Kennedy, Jr. v. Alexander Coogan, Richard Miller, Ann Miller, Carolyn G. Miller, Dolores Miller, and any other unknown heirs, creditors, or other persons having a claim against the Estate of James Murrin Kennedy, Jr.; the object of the action is to authorize the Administrator to transfer decedent’s real estate commonly known as 115 North Front Street to Alexander Coogan pursuant to a pre-death sales agreement; the name and address of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Jeffrey W. McCamic, 1233 Main Street, #4000, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003; a copy of the Amended Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk; each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend on or before February 21, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
