ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Mason County Development Authority Lawn Mowing Services The Mason County Development Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide biweekly lawn mowing services for 63 properties which is 74 parcels and totaling around 16.5 acres and will expand as MCDA purchases other property in Henderson, WV from April-October 2026. Requirements: Mowing and trimming shall be completed biweekly. Contractor shall obtain general liability insurance, with the Mason County Development Authority identified as additional insured, for the amount of $1,000,000. A certificate of insurance must be provided upon award of contract. Contractor shall obtain workers’ compensation insurance as is appropriate for the services provided. A certificate of insurance must be provided upon award of contract. Contractor shall obtain all necessary and applicable permits and licenses prior to starting work. Submissions must include: Company information and qualifications Per-mowing price for all properties Work plan A map of the properties will be provided upon request.
