A public hearing will be held on the following-entitled Ordinance at a regular meeting of the Mannington City Council to be held on Monday, April 6. 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Mannington City Hall, 206 Main Street, Mannington, West Virginia, and at such hearing any person interested may appear before the Council and present comments, suggestions and protests, and all comments, suggestions and protests shall be heard by the Council and it shall then take such actions as it shall deem proper upon an Ordinance entitled:
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT TO
CHARGE REASONABLE
REIMBURSEMENT FEES
The first reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved by City Council on March 16, 2026. A copy of Ordinance #483 is on file with the City Clerk at city hall for review by interested parties during regular office hours.
Following the public hearing, the City Council intends to consider the enactment of the Ordinance upon final reading.
