Plantiff paid defandant $6,550.00 for installation of roof. To correct faulty roof Plantiff incured $10,350.00. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that defandant reimburse the plantiffs in the amount of $6,550.00 plust court costs. it is ordered that Jon Curtis (CF Solutions) do serve upon Warren Davis, magistrate, whose address is 306 Washington Ave., Clarksburg, WV 26301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days upon first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jon Curtis (CF Solutions) at any time thereafter.
