Notice is hereby given, pursuant to West Virginia Code § 35-1-10, of the intent of the BOARD OF TRUSTEES CALVARY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, a West Virginia unincorporated nonprofit association, to sell certain real property owned by the congregation to CALVARY METHODIST CHURCH, a WV Non-Profit Corporation.
The duly appointed Trustees, acting under the authority granted by the church and the laws of the State of West Virginia, have determined that the sale of the real property is necessary and appropriate for the benefit of the Church.
This notice is being published in lieu of the oral announcement otherwise required to be made to the membership of the Church.
The Trustees will proceed with the sale in accordance with West Virginia law after proper publication of this Notice.
The church property located at 220 W. Burke Street, situated in Martinsburg District, Berkeley County, West Virginia.
