Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (HOWARD SHACKELFORD) located in Ohio County, WV.
From WV 2: Short Creek Road CR1 to GC&P Road CR7, Make left, Access 350′ on left.
Latitude and longitude coordinates are 40.15017, -80.58358

by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th
Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this
notice.
