It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that RONALD BLACKLEDGE has been unable to be located by NADINE WEISSENSEEL and that he/she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, RONALD BLACKLEDGE shall serve upon NADINE WEISSENSEEL, 121 Pine Lane, Morgantown, WV 26508, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he/she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 27, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
