The Town of Star City (Star City) is looking for private sector developers or development teams to submit proposals for the purchase and development of a 0.66-acre site located on Boyers Avenue in Star City, West Virginia (the Site) for development of townhomes and/or apartments that will be available for rent only and not owner occupied (the Project).
