ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Town of Hundred,
Wetzel County, West
Virginia will receive
sealed bids for furnishing
all service, labor, material
and equipment necessary
to abate asbestos and
demolish the residential,
garage and shed
structures located at 69 High Street Hundred, WV. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM on the day of April 8, 2026 at the Belomar Regional Council Office, 105 Bridge Street Plaza Wheeling, WV 26003.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract,
Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following:

Copies may be obtained at the Office of the Bel O Mar Regional Council, 105 Bridge Street Plaza, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon payment of $20.00 (non-refundable) for each set.
Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and
subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
This project is financed through the WV
Department of
Environmental Protection’s Dilapidated Properties Program.
Bidders must comply with the requirements for
Affirmative Action and Minority Business
Enterprises participation as described in the Federal Specifications
insert to the Contract
Documents. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Copeland Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Act, Section 109, and E.O. 11246.
The Town of Hundred reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities therein.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
There will be no pre-bid conference.
Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project
hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
