The object of the above entitled action is for Rebecca Ula Zura to legally change her name to Rebecca Suzanne Bailey. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Rebecca Ula Zura to Rebecca Suzanne Bailey.
A hearing shall be on the 30th day of March, 2026 at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
