AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction
Permit for its White Rabbit Well Pad Production facility located off Hebron Road near
St. Marys, WV in Pleasants County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude
coordinates are: 39.35915556, -81.02800556.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air
Pollutants will be:
82.79 tons of Nitrogen Oxides per year
96.26 tons of Carbon Monoxide per year
47.77 tons of Volatile Organics per year
0.26 tons of Sulfur Dioxide per year
5.98 tons of Particulate Matter per year
8.14 tons of Formaldehyde per year
1.94 tons of n-Hexane per year
12.98 tons of total Hazardous Air Pollutants per year
51,138.67 tons of Carbon Dioxide per year
199.90 tons of Methane per year
0.34 tons of Nitrogen Oxides per year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of August 2026.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57 th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at
least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments
will also be received via email at [email protected].
