PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

REQUEST FOR CONCEPT PLAN APPROVAL: Grace Church – Inwood Campus Expansion

The site is located at 2249 Henshaw Road (CR 51/5), approximately 700′ east of Gerrardstown Road (Rt. 51), in the Mill Creek Tax District. The developer is proposing an 8,000 sq. ft. church building expansion with the addition of 92 parking spaces on 5.28 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

PUBLIC HEARING

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday April 20, 2026, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known.

In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday, May 4, 2026 will be utilized.
