PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Petitioner, Orville Rock, intends to request an Order from the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia to change his name from Orville Rock to Bahe Rock, at a hearing to be held on the 28th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. before the Honorable Michael Lorensen.
Any person objecting in any manner who may have any reason why said name change should not be granted may appear at that time. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
