The object of the above entitled action is to give notice to the Respondent herein that a Motion to Modify Custodial Allocation and/or Decision-Making Responsibility has been filed by the Petitioner in the Family Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia against him.
It appearing that the address and whereabouts of the said Respondent are unknown to the Petitioner.
It is so ORDERED that the said Respondent is hereby notified that a hearing regarding said Motion is scheduled for May 27th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. before the Honorable Richard Stephens, Berkeley County Family Court, Martinsburg, West Virginia, and that should Respondent fail to appear at said hearing, judgment by default will be taken against him/her at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Motion can be obtained from the Clerk of the Court at the office of the Circuit Clerk located at 380 W. South Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
