The object of the above proceeding is to obtain an adoption and natural father status, in and to Pedro Pablo Nelms, and to change the name of the said adult. Take notice that a hearing will be held before Laura Faircloth, Judge, Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia, on April 10th, 2026, at 11:15 o’clock a.m. at which time you may be present to protect your interests.
