Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of February, 2020 at 12:45 p.m. the Petitioner, CECIL HOLBROOK, will bring on for hearing the Adoption of Nicole Ashmore, An Adult Child over the age of eighteen (18) years of age, before the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an Order by the Court allowing the adoption of Nicole Ashmore, by Cecil H. Holbrook, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
