The object of the above entitled action is A Civil Summons: Wrongful Occupation of Residential Rental Property of Factory-Built Home Site. Rent Payment is in arrears in the amount of $4,525.00. Renter has not made payments since December 2025.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Kelly & John Buchanan do serve upon William Holroyd, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott Street, Suite 103, Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 6, 2026 at 9:00 am, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Kelly & John Buchanan at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
