The object of the above entitled action is for Deborah Kay Derico to legally change her name to Deborah Kay Groux. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Deborah Kay Derico to Deborah Kay Groux.
A hearing shall be on the 21st day of April, 2026, at 11:00am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
