IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-17 NY’AZIA LEE, biological mother of infant A.P.L., whose date of birth is February 10, 2025; and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.P.L., whose date of birth is February 10, 2025, natural child of Ny’Azia Lee.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of A.P.L., whose date of birth is February 10, 2025. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER or ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER OF A.P.L, natural child of Ny’Azia Lee, is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 21st day of April, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.P.L., whose date of birth is February 10, 2025 may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
