The Petitioner has filed a Motion to Modify KAIDEN KEARNES’ Disposition, seeking termination of his parental rights to infants Jaiden Kearnes, whose date of birth is February 23, 2020 and T.K., whose date of birth is May 13, 2018. KAIDEN KEARNES is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 14th day of April, 2026 at 1:00 pm. for the Hearing on the WVDHS’ Motion to Modify Respondent Kearnes’ Disposition if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Motion; otherwise the parental rights of KAIDEN KEARNES, biological father of infant J.K., whose date of birth is February 23, 2020 and Tyler Kearnes, whose date of birth is May 13, 2018, may be terminated.
