IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE #26-JA-16 DAVID TYLER, occasional custodian of infant B.J., whose date of birth is June 20, 2013, FAITH THOMPSON, biological mother of infant is June 20, 2013, and RICHARD JONES, biological father of infant B.J., whose date of birth is June 20, 2013, natural child of Faith Thompson.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that RICHARD JONES has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant B.J., whose date of birth is June 20, 2013. RICHARD JONES is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 22nd of April, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise RICHARD JONES, biological father of infant B.J., whose date of birth is June 20, 2013, may be adjudicated abusive and neglectful parent.
