REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) JANE LEW PLAYGROUND PROJECT LEWIS COUNTY, WV The Lewis County Commission is accepting Quotations for the design, furnishing, and installation of a playground at the Jane Lew Park located at 72 Park Avenue Jane Lew, WV 26378. Quotations must include the price of equipment, labor, materials and full install. Bids must include cost of turn key project and any other needed items/services. Sealed Quotations are due no later than Noon, Monday, May 4, 2026. Quotations must be clearly marked “JANE LEW PLAYGROUND PROJECT” on the exterior envelope. A mandatory preproposal site inspection of the project is required by the vendor where additional requirements will be provided. You must call Joshua Hinchman, Lewis County Park Director at 304-269-6599 to schedule a date/time for this inspection and to receive the full bid packet. The Lewis County Commission will open Quotations at the May 5, 2026 Commission meeting. All Quotations must be submitted to the Lewis County Commission, 110 Center Avenue, 2nd Floor, Weston, WV 26452 and remain firm for not less than thirty calendar days from May 5, 2026.
