Pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 3, Article 4A, Section 26, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public test to determine the accuracy of the voting systems to be used during Early Voting and Election Day for the Primary Election on May 12, 2026 will be conducted at 750 Baltimore Street, Martinsburg, WV on April 16, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Test will be open to representatives of the political parties, candidates, the press, and the public.
