It is hereby ordered that Dale Joseph Dominguez serve upon, Berkeley County Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 380 West South Street, Suite 2200, Martinsburg, WV 25401 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before May 6, 2026. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
