PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
MARTINSBURG PLANNING COMMISSION
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comment on the following:
SITE PLAN APPROVAL: The property is located at 125 S Elijah St and is identified on Berkeley County Martinsburg District Tax Map 13, Parcel 435. The applicant is requesting Site Plan Approval for construction of a new warehouse. Alpha Associates, Chuck Branch, Appellant. Case # 2026-1-SP
A hearing will be held on the proposed plans on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the J. Oakley Seibert Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen St, Martinsburg, West Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Wednesday, May 13th, 2026, will be utilized. Applications are on file in the City Planner’s Office.
