Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility

Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications project proposed 1861 Development Drive, Martinsburg, WV (39°24’40.0″N 78°01’02.3″W), with respect to impacts on, and specifically, the potential effects to historic properties located at or near this facility, if any.

The project consists of the installation of six antennas and six radios at a rad center height of 135 feet on an existing 118.1′ monopole tower with a proposed 20.89-foot tower extension. Additionally, the installation of an ice bridge and two new equipment cabinets are proposed on a new 10’x15′ concrete pad.
