ON ORDERS TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST
DELINQUENT OR UNPROGRESSED ESTATES
The undersigned Fiduciary Supervisor of Marion County, West Virginia, does hereby NOTIFY Personal Representatives, Heirs at Law, Beneficiaries under the Will, Creditors, Surety on any bond, or Persons Interested, in the following Estates that a Hearing before the County Commission in this matter has been scheduled on the 22nd day of April, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in the County Commission chambers at 400 Jackson Street, J. Harper Meredith Building, 4th Floor, Fairmont, West Virginia, on the Order to Show Cause previously entered by the County Commission on the 14th day of January, 2026, for presentation of the Reports thereof by the Fiduciary Supervisor against the following personal representatives:
