At a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, to be held in the County Commission meeting room, 1st floor of the courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the planning commission will hold a public hearing on the following amendment to the Unified Development Code of Fayette County, West Virginia referred by the County Commission to the Planning Commission for a recommendation. At a regular meeting of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia to be held at the courthouse, thereof, at 10:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the county commission will hold a public hearing on the following amendment to the Unified Development Code of Fayette County, West Virginia. Copies of the proposed amendments may be examined in the zoning office, courthouse annex, Fayetteville, West Virginia. On the County Court’s own motion, amendments to the Fayette County Unified Development Code to add the following: Add Definition: Section 1002, Injection Well: A device that places fluid deep underground into porous rock formations, such as sandstone or limestone, or into or below the shallow soil layer. These fluids may be water, wastewater, brine (salt Water), or water mixed with chemicals. These Injection Wells are inclusive of the 5 different classes, as defined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
