It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BAO YEN LE TRAN has been unable to be located by HYRUM STEEL RUSSELL and that he/she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, BAO YEN LE TRAN shall serve upon HYRUM STEEL RUSSELL, 301 TIMBERLINE, MORGANTOWN, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he/she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before May 4, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
