NOTICE OF INITIAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GALLIA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Gallia County Port Authority (the “Authority”) will hold its initial organizational meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. at 63 Ridge Ave., Rio Grande, Ohio 45674 Board Room, 2nd Floor. The purposes of the meeting are (i) to adopt the bylaws of the Board, (ii) to elect officers of the board, (iii) authorizing the procurement of insurance, (iv) to adopt various policies to govern the conduct of the Board and Authority, (v) to approve a Management Agreement for the day-to-day maintenance of the Authority, (vi) to approve a sales tax exemption transaction, and (vii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board.
