PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

REQUEST FOR CONCEPT PLAN APPROVAL: Stonecrest Parcel A:

The site is located along the east side of Ceritos Trail located within the Stonecrest PUD community, on the west side of Hedgesville Road (WV Rt. 9), in the Hedgesville Tax District. The developer is proposing a 9,000 sq. ft. retail store and a 9,000 sq. ft. urgent care on approximately 2 acres, to be served by public water and sewer. File # 2602-089

THE PUBLIC HEARING

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday May 4, 2026, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known.

In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday, May 18, 2026 will be utilized.
