The object of the above-entitled action is for Calvin Xavier Maroni to change his name to Calvin Xavier Maroni. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Calvin Xavier Maroni to Calvin Xavier Maroni. A hearing shall be on the 4th of May, 2026, at 10:30am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse.
Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
