The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority Section 8 Administrative Plan Revisions
Notice is hereby given that the Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority has revised its Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. The Administrative Plan sets forth the local policies for the operation of the Housing Choice Voucher Program in accordance with federal regulations.
The policy is available for review from April 20, 2026 to June 4, 2026 at our office located at 103 12th Street Fairmont WV 26554, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:30 PM.
Written comments regarding the proposed policy must be addressed to: The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority, 103 12th Street Fairmont WV 26554.
A public hearing to discuss the changes will be held on June 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM sharp.
