Notice is hereby given that MID-VOL COAL SALES, INC., 640 CLOVER DEW DAIRY RD, PRINCETON, WV 24739 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 2 release on Permit Number S006879 issued for 180 acres.
The permit is located in Adkin District of McDowell County, 2.8 miles Southwest of Skygusty on Unnamed Tributaries of South Fork of Tug Fork River.
MID-VOL COAL SALES, INC completed revegetation on 03/21/2026 and is requesting release of 25 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $55,200.00
