Brenda Wiseman, Randolph County Clerk, hereby gives notice that in compliance with WV Code 3-4A-13 and WV Code 3-4A-26, the members of the Randolph County Commission and Ballot Commissioners will convene at the Randolph County Courthouse lobby on Friday April 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. to test the ExpressVote machines and the Unity Software to be used for early voting and election day voting for the Primary Election to be held on May 12, 2026. The test is open to the public.
