The City of Weirton is accepting proposals for property and liability insurance coverage for the City for the 7/1/2026 – 7/1/2027 period. The proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Workers Compensation Insurance” by 4:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2026, to:

Please contact DeeAnn Pulliam via email at dpulliam@cityof weirton.com to obtain information to prepare a proposal. Time is of the essence; proposals submitted after 4:00 PM on May 15, 2026, will not be considered.
In accordance with City Ordinance No. 973, codified as Section 783.01 of the City of Weirton’s Code of Ordinances, a five percent (5%) preference for Resident Vendors is in effect, provided said preference is invoked in writing.
