COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT TO QUIET TITLE AND PARTITION REAL ESTATE. Pursuant to Rule 4 of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure and Chapter 56 of the West Virginia Code, the Plaintiff, Ogden Family Limited Partnership Agreement, dated January 5, 2011, provides this is notice to all Defendants named in this matter, The Estate of Genoveffa Mangano, The Estate of Cona Mary Mangano aka Cona Mary Robinson, All Known and Unknown Heirs and Beneficiaries and Descendants of Carmela Duncan aka Carmela Kane, deceased, and Any John Doe or Jane Doe Claiming Title or Interest and to any other parties required notice by law or to any other party that may claim to be entitled to notice, that a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment has been filed before the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Circuit Judge of Hancock County, West Virginia by the Plaintiff. The object of this Complaint and civil action is to obtain a declaratory judgment to quiet title and partition real estate of a certain parcel of land located in Grant District, Hancock County, West Virginia possessing the Map and Parcel numbers of G6 / 0055 0000 0000. Failure to respond to this notice and/or failure to appear and defend his / her rights, if any, within 30 days of the first date of publication of this notice may result in the termination of any right to assert a claim or contest this Complaint and the relief requested by the Plaintiff. If you or any other interested party fails to respond to this notice within said 30 days, then said person may not appear in or receive further notice of these proceedings, including notifications of hearings. A copy of said Complaint may be obtained at the Hancock County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and an Answer may be filed with the same office, PO Box 428, 102 N.
