The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a
child and possible termination of parental rights.
Notice is hereby given that a Hearing will be held before
The Honorable Joseph E. Barki, Judge, in his Chambers
located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court
Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on May 7,
2026, at 1:00 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter
may be heard. The purpose of the hearing is to
determine whether the parental rights of the
Respondent, David Lemaster, and Respondent , John
Doe, putative fathers of a child born August 20, 2021,
should be terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to Respondent, David
Lemasters, and Respondent, John Doe, of his right to
counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such
proceedings can result in the permanent termination of
their respective parental/custodial/guardianship rights.
Notice is hereby further given to Respondent, David
Lemasters, and Respondent, John Doe, that a copy of
the petition and possible termination of parental rights
can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk
at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County
Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West
Virginia.
