Sewer System Pumping and Grease Trap Services
In accordance with WV Code 5A-3 and WV Board of Education Policy 8200, the Mercer County Board of Education located in Princeton, WV is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide sewer system pumping, cleaning, and grease trap/interceptor pumping services for facilities owned by Mercer County Public Schools. There will be no mandatory pre-bid meeting held for this proposal. Interested vendors may call to schedule site visits by calling the purchasing department at 304-431-1229. Sealed proposals will be opened on May 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., in the conference room at Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740. No late proposals will be considered. The Mercer County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposal responses. The Board also reserves the right to reschedule the proposal opening.
