a) Stephanie LaChance is requesting a variance to construct a porch within the front yard setback at 121 Bass Drive (Tax Map W44A, Parcel 106). The UDO requires a 20-foot front yard setback and has no provisions to allow for encroachment into that area administratively.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent, attorney, or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
